Job Summary
Lead the initiation of new products and manage the full lifecycle of existing solutions in audiometry, tympanometry, OAE, and ABR. Analyze customer and market needs through interviews, on-site visits, and third-level support activities to develop customer-focused product strategies and value propositions. Support international product launches, conduct market and competitive analyses, and deliver training sessions for internal teams and end users. Attend international trade fairs and collaborate with global stakeholders across the Demant organization. This role involves strategic portfolio development within MAICO Diagnostics' hearing diagnostics division, focusing on intuitive screening device innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or vocational training in business, engineering, audiology, or a related field
- Strong business mindset
- Structured and proactive way of working
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Strong written and spoken English skills
