Job Summary
Define and shape the product roadmap by analyzing business and user needs through internal and external data. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to prioritize work, turn technology into innovative products, and develop robust documentation for engineering scope. Analyze metrics to inform product success, design experiments to test hypotheses, and present actionable recommendations to business leaders. Produce insightful analyses for stakeholders while maximizing efficiency in a fluid environment. This hybrid role in São Paulo supports Luzia's mission to make the go-to AI personal assistant for millions of users across Latin America.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing technology-powered products management ideally in a fast-paced B2C or AI startup environment (Series A to Series C)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to engage effectively with engineers, understand technical constraints, and make design trade-offs
- Deep understanding of customer needs, with the ability to leverage both qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product success independently
- Hands-on experience with product analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, SQL)
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams and ability to influence
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats, rolling up your sleeves and prioritizing tasks in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment to get the job done
- Solid attention to detail and eye for design and UX
- Fluent English and Portuguese
- The role is hybrid in our São Paulo office
Desired Qualifications
- Background as a developer or technical lead before moving into product management
- Experience in Conversational AI, chatbots, or customer experience (CX) technologies
