Job Summary

Early-career Product Manager to join a high-ownership team. You will support end-to-end product development within a loosely Agile framework, translate inbound requests into clear requirements, collaborate with quants and engineers to translate model outputs into usable product experiences, contribute to roadmaps, and get hands-on with design under coaching from leadership. You will shape AI-assisted development and work closely with business users whose decisions impact energy transition.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a product management role, or equivalent experience in a closely related discipline (e.g. business analysis, UX, technical consulting)
  • Comfortable in technical environments: able to read code, hold informed conversations with engineers, and jump into hands-on prototyping including with coding agents and AI-assisted development tools.
  • Solid grounding in core product and delivery concepts: sprint-based and Kanban workflows, qualitative and quantitative research methods, and ideally some exposure to design research methods and UX heuristics.
  • Strong stakeholder skills able to work with a range of internal users from operators to senior leaders, push back constructively, and bring clarity to ambiguous or competing demands.
  • Comfortable operating in an environment where processes, products, and priorities are still being defined you help bring structure, rather than waiting for it.
  • Empathetic by default: you listen carefully to what users need and advocate for them, even when it's inconvenient.
  • High standards and the ownership to act on them you notice when something is off (in a dataset, a design, a spec) and you make sure it gets fixed, whether that's by raising it, fixing it yourself, or pushing until it's resolved.
  • An active user of AI tools in your day-to-day work this is a genuine expectation, not a nice-to-have.
  • Structured thinker: you communicate clearly, frame problems well, and can make a coherent case for a decision.
