Job Summary
Own product management for features of the Vantage Platform and legacy products by developing detailed product stories and requirements in an agile environment. Actively participate in all aspects of the product development cycle, plan and drive releases, and conduct analysis and design activities for initiatives. Work with a distributed team of BAs, QAs, and developers to build, launch, implement, and support products while managing changing priorities and adjusting requirements based on technical feedback. Establish and maintain relationships with customer-facing staff to address critical issues and drive sales engagements. Help maintain the feature roadmap based on partner and customer needs, staying current with industry trends to recommend buy or build decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 7 years of directly related scrum/agile product delivery experience
- 4+ Years as a Product Owner/Project Manager
- A strong general technical competency
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment
- Proven track record for high quality product delivery
- In-depth understanding of the agile software development cycle and methodologies
- Teamwork, attention to detail, and great communication skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and grow-cross functional teams
- Must work well with others of all personality types in an intense environment
