Job Summary
Product Manager, LiveOps responsible for shaping monetization strategy and live-ops direction for Gram Games’ mobile titles. Lead monetization roadmaps, own revenue performance, and drive balanced growth through pricing, offers, and player journeys. Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to align monetization with game vision and business goals; design and implement high-impact monetization events and use A/B testing to inform decisions; improve data visibility and player insights across the studio; stay ahead of industry trends to optimize long-term revenue and player happiness. Requires proven experience in mobile/freemium games, strong analytics, user-centric mindset, cross-team collaboration, and excellent communication in English. Relocation assistance is provided for moves to the UK.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in mobile/freemium games with Live Operations, Monetization, Product Management, or data analytics
- Strong analytical and logical thinking with a data-driven approach
- Experience conducting and analyzing A/B tests
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, Creative)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Passion for games and player-centric monetization strategy
- Ability to mentor others on monetization and provide data-backed insights
- Experience planning and executing in-game monetization events and limited-time offers
