Product Manager

Job Summary
Product Manager to join Littlebird’s R&D org and drive feature development and integrations for an AI-powered personalized teammate. You’ll work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success to own product vision, gather and prioritize requirements, and lead go-to-market efforts. You’ll translate market research and customer insights into actionable features, collaborate across teams to ensure successful product development and launches, and use product analytics to optimize adoption. The role requires 3+ years in software, a degree in Business or Engineering, and fluency with AI landscapes and tools. This is a fully remote position in India with a focus on delivering customer-centric product experiences and meaningful equity and benefits in an early-stage company.
Required Qualifications
- MS or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering fields
- 3+ years experience in high growth or startup software companies
- Experience with AI tools and landscape (LLMs, training, evals)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Customer-centric approach
- Ability to translate complex technical systems into product strategies
