Job Summary
Own a product domain end-to-end, conducting user and stakeholder discovery to translate insights into clear requirements and high-quality PRDs. Partner with design and engineering on feature development and platform re-platforming initiatives while balancing enterprise customer input against broader platform needs. Collaborate with other PMs to ensure clean integration with adjacent workflows and manage stakeholders across commercial, legal, and customer-facing teams. Communicate product decisions and tradeoffs effectively to internal and external audiences. This mid-level role supports renewable energy developers and buyers on the LevelTen Platform, focusing on user-facing features, platform scalability, and cross-functional collaboration within the clean energy transition.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of product management experience
- Experience with B2B SaaS platforms
- Demonstrated ability to scope and deliver in ambiguous environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to translate complex workflows and user needs into clear, actionable product documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without a current or future need for visa sponsorship
