Job Summary
Optimize the onboarding process for LegalPlace Pro clients and automate the generation of accounting deliverables. Improve customer satisfaction and retention by identifying churn drivers and defining targeted retention actions. Define and refine client request management workflows while collaborating with a dedicated team of four developers and one designer. Prioritize user experience and data analysis to drive product strategy for the company's flagship accounting and finance application.
