Job Summary
Product Manager for the Diligent legal entity management platform and iManage document management system at Greystar. Own day-to-day platform administration, gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, drive adoption, and manage integrations with systems like Oracle and OneStream. Collaborate with legal, investment, accounting, treasury, and operations to translate workflow pain points into platform improvements; maintain governance standards and training materials; onboard new legal entities; contribute to roadmap by surfacing user feedback and prioritizing initiatives. Stay current on product updates and recommend adoption where relevant. 5+ years in relevant roles and hands-on experience with Diligent Entities or comparable systems and with document management platforms like iManage preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a systems analyst, product owner, legal operations, or technology role within a real estate, investment management, or legal environment
- Hands-on experience with legal entity management platforms — Diligent Entities or comparable systems strongly preferred
- Experience with document management platforms — iManage or comparable systems preferred
- Strong understanding of legal entity structures, corporate governance, and how entities, documents, and ownership data are managed in a large real estate or investment organization
- Demonstrated ability to own a platform product end to end — not just administer it but improve it, advocate for it, and connect it to business outcomes
- Comfortable working with integration data flows — you don't need to write the code, but you need to understand data movement and communicate clearly with engineering
- Strong analytical skills — able to dig into exception reports, identify patterns, and surface actionable findings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — work with legal, finance, and technology stakeholders
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Self-directed — you identify issues, build the case, and drive them forward
