Job Summary
Work closely with users, customers, and internal teams to identify needs and develop groundbreaking solutions by combining technological constraints with user insights. Write concise product specifications and coordinate all project aspects through the entire development cycle with the engineering team. Build a deep technical understanding of the product to discuss design decisions, while collecting and using data—including complex analyses and A/B testing—to drive decisions. This role sits within a remote-first, fast-growing tech company recognized by Deloitte for innovation in the interior décor industry. Candidates must have a technical background and experience building software products, operating in a customer-facing capacity that engages C-suite executives.
Required Qualifications
- Technical background, demonstrated through a degree in computer science or engineering, or alternatively through relevant work experience
- Distinctive work experience in building software products

- Exceptional attention to detail and focus on quality
- Comfortable operating in a customer-facing role and engaging C-suite executives
