Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 Product Managers across Futures Prop Trading, Trading Platform (Fintevo), and Introducing Broker (IB); drive problem-driven product strategy, rigorous roadmapping, and customer-centric product practices in a high-velocity trading ecosystem. Collaborate with Engineering and Design to balance speed, quality, and scalability; translate complex trading workflows and customer journeys into clear narratives, priorities, and operating rhythms (weekly reviews, monthly planning). Seek to elevate product thinking, discipline, and measurable outcomes while partnering with leadership to shape the future of funded trading across North America.
Required Qualifications
- 7–12+ years in product management
- Experience leading PMs
- Proven track record at high-performing digital product companies
- Strong problem definition, customer insight, prioritization, and measurable-outcomes focus
- Leadership and coaching of PM teams
