Product Manager, Lead Monetization

Job Summary
Own day-to-day monetization and routing initiatives, manage end-to-end experimentation lifecycles from hypothesis through rollout, and partner with Engineering, Analytics, and Client Relations to optimize pricing logic, lead routing, and affiliate monetization workflows. Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations, maintain documentation and project visibility, and identify workflow inefficiencies with automation opportunities. Independently drive projects using AI tooling and data warehouse integrations to support decision-making; 1-3 years of experience in product/revenue operations or marketplace optimization; strong analytical, operational, and cross-functional collaboration skills; familiarity with lead generation, affiliate marketing, and monetization systems is a plus. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Revenue Operations, or marketplace optimization
- Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing experiments and data-driven initiatives
- Ability to independently own projects from scoping through execution
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
- Comfortable working with AI tools (Claude Code, internal skill library, MCP integrations to the warehouse), analytics platforms, and operational systems
