Job Summary
Strengthen the Product Management practice by implementing standards from discovery to delivery, prioritizing metrics, and coaching other PMs. Deliver impact as an individual contributor by talking to users, framing problems, and shepherding solutions from idea to launch. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define problem spaces and translate insights into actionable, prioritized product direction. Drive AI forward by advocating for its value-driven use across product and engineering roles. Represent the product team as the regional expert in the UK/EU, championing work to business partners while bringing customer voice back to Global Business Services. Collaborate with the North America team to balance regional requirements with global strategic direction.
Required Qualifications
- Regional expert in the UK/EU
- Product Manager Lead in Global Business Services (GBS) Tech
- Fluent in product practice end to end-from stakeholder management and discovery through delivery
- Instinctively look for ways AI can sharpen how the team works
- Helping others adopt it in practical, value-driven ways
- Experienced in user research and rapid experimentation
- Confident forming and testing hypotheses
- Skilled at deriving insights from qualitative and quantitative data
- Partners deeply with architecture and engineering
- Co-create solutions
- Ensure technical decisions align with product vision and business needs
- Strong record of delivering internal or enterprise-scale tools and platforms
Desired Qualifications
