Job Summary
Product Manager for Lab Equipment Services responsible for owning the service strategy, pricing, and growth initiatives across life sciences and healthcare. Leads go-to-market and commercialization efforts, defines service offerings, monitors market and competitive trends, shapes monetization and revenue targets, and partners cross-functionally to drive customer experience and market expansion. Requires building strategy, driving demand, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to identify market needs, develop pricing, enable channel readiness, and deliver growth. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years in product management/marketing in services-based environments; experience in laboratory services or regulated industries and strong understanding of laboratory equipment and regulatory environments; ability to balance strategic and executional work with effective communication and stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management and/or marketing experience, preferably within services-based environments
- Experience within laboratory services, life sciences, diagnostics, analytical chemistry, or regulated industries preferred
- Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and regulatory compliance environments
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies and supporting commercialization initiatives
- Track record of driving results through cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience are welcome
