Job Summary
Lead the growth and success of an assigned product line by developing market-driven strategies, identifying new opportunities, and advancing product innovation. Drive financial performance by analyzing subclass profit and loss statements, ensuring efficient resource use, and adhering to financial targets. Contribute to product line strategy by planning launches, executing promotional activities, and conducting in-depth market research to identify trends and competitive dynamics. Work with Operations to optimize manufacturing plans and supply chain capacity while developing business cases for expansion and R&D projects. Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to create annual budgets, develop sales tools, and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability. Travel up to 25-40% for customer visits, trade shows, and industry conferences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years in product management, marketing, sales, or industry related experience
- Proven ability to interact with Sr. Executives
- Good intuition/customer insight skills with confidence to act
- Highly organized and has very effective time management skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Data driven decision making with ability to translate analysis into business insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
Desired Qualifications
- University Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
- Technical knowledge of textile industry and polymer science is preferred
