Job Summary
Own the multi-quarter roadmap and business case for Digital Envoy's core IP Intelligence and geolocation data products. Translate market opportunities, customer needs, and team vision into prioritized engineering deliverables, creating specific requirements and making strategic trade-off calls on build versus buy. Partner with engineering leads, data science, and go-to-market stakeholders to define pricing, packaging, and launch collateral while communicating product capabilities to Sales, Customer Success, and Tech Support. Stay close to customers through support tickets, sales calls, and competitive deep dives to ground decisions in evidence. Identify and track product metrics like accuracy, coverage, and revenue impact in dashboards you build and own, maintaining a high bar for data quality. Brief leadership regularly on strategy, progress, and risks as a trusted peer-level partner. This senior individual contributor role applies organizational AI strategy to product delivery, offering deep ownership of a market-leading product line without managing people.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to move fluidly between competitive positioning, data quality debate, and roadmap trade-off discussions
- Work remotely from California (CA), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Kentucky (KY), Massachusetts (MA), Michigan (MI), New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), North Carolina (NC), Pennsylvania (PA), South Carolina (SC), Tennessee (TN), Texas (TX), Virginia (VA), or Washington (WA)
- Georgia residents willing to work a couple days/week in the Peachtree Corners, Georgia office
- No visa sponsorship available (implied requirement for US work authorization)
- Ability to own the multi-quarter roadmap and business case for core IP Intelligence and geolocation data products
- Ability to translate market opportunities, customer needs, and product team vision into a prioritized roadmap
- Ability to create clear, specific product requirements in partnership with engineering and GTM stakeholders
- Ability to make strategic trade-off calls (build vs. buy, depth vs. breadth, new capability vs. hardening)
- Ability to define pricing and packaging input for new capabilities
- Ability to partner with Marketing to identify feature launch requirements and build collateral
- Ability to communicate and train stakeholders across Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Tech Support
- Ability to partner closely with engineering leads to translate roadmap priorities into well-scoped delivery
- Ability to partner with data science and data analytics to understand data quality constraints
- Ability to represent the voice of the customer and ground roadmap decisions in evidence
- Ability to brief leadership regularly on strategy, roadmap progress, risks, and trade-offs
- Ability to stay close to how customers use IP Intelligence and geolocation data through support tickets, sales calls, competitive deep dives, and direct conversations
- Ability to track competitive and market movement in IP Intelligence, geolocation, and adjacent data categories
- Ability to turn qualitative and quantitative signal into a roadmap reflecting real customer and business value
- Ability to identify, define, and track product metrics (accuracy, coverage, adoption, revenue impact) in dashboards
- Ability to build reporting showing product and roadmap status to leadership and stakeholders
- High bar for data quality and reproducibility consistent with a precision data company
