Job Summary
Product Manager for Investigation Management in data42 at Novartis drives end-to-end product development for investigations across R&D, enabling researchers to browse datasets, define scopes, complete forms, and derive transparent findings. Leads cross-functional delivery to implement LLM-enabled capabilities, improve transparency and usability, align with privacy and governance standards, and translate scientific workflows into governed digital experiences. Requires a strategic, hands-on PM with experience in data platforms, GenAI/LLM features, and cross-functional collaboration; 5+ years PM experience in data-driven/workflow-centric products; Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, CS, Engineering, or related field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of product management experience in data-driven or workflow-centric products
- Experience with data platforms, data pools, anonymization, RWD integration, and multi-layer architectures
- Familiarity with GenAI/LLM-enabled features and their constraints in regulated settings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on data readiness, usability, and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities; experience consolidating fragmented documentation
- Languages: English
- Track record delivering complex, cross-functional products with execution and change management
