Job Summary
Define and champion the AI strategy and roadmap for the HealthShare product suite, ensuring a coherent approach to generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation across clinical and operational solutions. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to apply these technologies to customer problems, acting as product owner for AI-related development work including backlog management and collaboration with engineering, sales, and support teams. Communicate regularly with customers to understand their needs for AI-enabled workflows, translating insights into product requirements while representing the voice of the customer on internal design, with particular attention to clinical safety, trust, and usability. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure AI capabilities integrate cohesively with the broader product strategy, serve as an internal subject matter expert on AI in healthcare, and establish measures for feature quality, safety, and impact.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of product management experience
- demonstrated experience delivering AI or machine learning-enabled products
- Experience defining product strategy across a portfolio or platform
- Experience in industry or with a healthcare organization
- Demonstrated success in helping envision, design and bring products to completion
- Experience working with customers or stakeholders to understand and refine product needs at all stages of product development
- Working knowledge of modern AI technologies and practices
- Experience with healthcare operations, information technology applications, data integration and interoperability, and analytics
- Familiarity with the considerations involved in deploying AI in regulated, safety-critical healthcare environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience presenting to both technical and business-oriented audiences
- Ability to work successfully in both team and individual settings, with limited supervision
- BS in health, technical, or business area or comparable experience
