Job Summary
Own product direction for platform systems enabling player-facing experiences at Bonfire, shaping roadmap, priorities, and long-term vision. Translate player behavior into action by partnering with analytics and insights to turn telemetry, experimentation, and qualitative signals into clear product opportunities. Prioritize ruthlessly by weighing player value, studio leverage, and technical investment to decide what to build, what to buy, and what not to do. Define requirements for platform capabilities (such as messaging, campaigns, triggers, segmentation, and experimentation) used by game and publishing teams to deliver customer-facing experiences. Shape how the studio interacts with players at scale through shared systems and tooling, without prescribing game design or monetization strategy. Connect platform investments to measurable outcomes—such as improved onboarding, healthier communities, and better retention—by enabling teams with better data, tools, and workflows. Partner with engineering and technical leads to scope solutions, evaluate tradeoffs, and ensure systems are scalable and maintainable for long-term use. Collaborate with Arkheron’s development team to advocate for platform capabilities that unlock options and flexibility, without prescribing creative or gameplay decisions. Design for internal users by working with design and UX to build tools that are intuitive and efficient for developers to use.
