Product Manager - Internal Product

Own and fix Alpaca’s internal operational bottlenecks by mapping and automating high-risk workflows (e.g., AML/KYC workflows, reconciliations, corporate actions, cost basis processing, tax reporting, and security master/reference data management). Drive the product roadmap for internal workflows, design systems with internal tooling, AI, and workflow orchestration to support 100x growth, define success metrics and SLAs, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship high-leverage tooling. Manage data framework for strategic projects, enforce operational readiness with Sales and Product, and evaluate Build vs Buy for core platform components; leverage data-driven prioritization and risk-aware decision making to balance ambition with operational reality.
