Job Summary
Support product management activities for Visa's internal billing platforms, including pricing, incentives, reporting, and operational tools. Gather and document business requirements from Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, Strategy, and Technology stakeholders. Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and improved data quality. Work closely with engineering teams to define requirements, create user stories, and support backlog prioritization. Develop a deep understanding of Visa's pricing and incentive processes while helping define product strategy and roadmaps. Coordinate testing, validation, and release activities for new features. Partner with analytics teams to understand data needs and measure tool adoption based on user feedback and operational metrics. Facilitate communication between business, technology, and leadership to ensure alignment on goals and delivery timelines.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience with a Master's degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into product solutions
- Experience gathering requirements
