Job Summary
Product Manager Intern for Alfie (Conversational AI) at Pebl. Collaborate with the Principal PM to shape AI-driven experiences, analyze real Alfie conversation data to improve user engagement, optimize conversation flows and persona behavior, define use cases and success metrics, and contribute to Athena discovery for Pebl’s employee AI. 12-week internship with opportunities to ship work on a live product and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership; emphasis on turning messy inputs into clear decisions and learning from leading AI product practices.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of product, strategy, or related experience
- Strong written communication – primary output is documents that drive decisions
- Hands-on with AI tools – you build with them, not just use them
