Job Summary
Own a product area end-to-end in AI-powered tax technology, guiding strategy, roadmap, and execution from customer discovery through launch. Write code and commit alongside engineers to build alongside the team. Collaborate directly with accounting firm customers (partners, managers, preparers, reviewers, and administrators) to understand workflows and needs from AI-powered tax technology. Define and track goal-based metrics to prove releases move the needle, and build feedback into a quantitative system across multiple vectors. Oversee the competitive and integration landscape, monitoring players like Wolters Kluwer, Thomson Reuters, and Intuit Pro Tax, and translating insights into product decisions. Manage integrations with third-party tools and platforms that accounting firms depend on. Partner with engineering and design to ship features on a weekly cadence using Linear. Work with GTM teams to translate product capabilities into positioning, demos, and customer enablement. Compensation: $200,000 base + equity. Location: San Francisco (on-site).
