Job Summary
Own new product initiatives end-to-end, from initial idea and market validation through MVP, launch, and iteration. Define product strategy, requirements, user flows, and success metrics while driving the development and validation of proofs of concept. Work hands-on with R&D and technical stakeholders to turn ideas into working products, run experiments, and make fast data-driven decisions. Collaborate closely with business, technology, marketing, and management teams to manage multiple products and experiments across AdTech, Gaming, Mobile, and AI-powered domains. Move comfortably between different products and domains as priorities evolve.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience in AdTech, Gaming, Mobile, or similar fast-paced technology environments
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to work closely with developers
- Proven experience taking products or features from concept to MVP and launch
- Hands-on mindset - someone who enjoys building, testing, and figuring things out
- Strong business orientation and ability to connect product decisions to commercial opportunities
- Experience working in startups or highly entrepreneurial environments
- Ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously and operate effectively in an environment with changing priorities
- Curiosity and genuine interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI
