Job Summary
Product Manager, Innovation to own AI-powered capabilities within Lone Wolf’s transaction management platform. Own the product roadmap for AI-powered transaction capabilities, translating customer needs and technical possibilities into a balanced plan. Drive customer discovery with brokerages, agents, and transaction coordinators; partner with AI engineering to move capabilities from prototype to validated product; design experiments to validate product-market fit; track adoption and impact with data; collaborate across product and engineering teams to ensure integration with existing workflows and compliance. Represent the customer and ensure what we build solves real problems and fits into real-world real estate workflows. Requires product management experience, technical fluency in AI concepts, and strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience or related fields with end-to-end ownership
- experience writing specs, prioritizing backlogs, shipping features, and measuring outcomes
- ability to run customer discovery with brokerages, agents, and transaction coordinators
- ability to design experiments, track adoption, and measure impact using data
- experience collaborating across engineering, design, sales, and customer success
- strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex capabilities to non-technical audiences
- technical fluency in AI concepts, especially in document understanding, NLP, and workflow automation
- experience with enterprise SaaS customers
- ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and roadmaps
- familiarity with compliance considerations in real estate transactions
- ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive cross-functional teams to deliver
