Job Summary
Product Manager (SrPM) leads the product organization by establishing robust processes, frameworks, and standards enabling Product Managers to thrive. Focuses on developing the team’s capabilities, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality products, and driving innovation across the product lifecycle. Defines strategic priorities, mentors PMs, and fosters collaboration across the organization. Establishes standardized product discovery, development, and delivery processes, guidelines for product ceremonies, and KPIs to measure success. Serves as primary liaison for cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, etc.), communicates product vision and progress, and drives market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities. Emphasizes MVPs and iterative development to balance strategic goals with timely delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in product management, including leadership roles
- Proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing product teams
- Strong ability to define and implement processes, frameworks, and standards for product management
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
- Experience navigating trade-offs to deliver quality products on predictable timelines
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, or similar project management software
- Strong analytical skills and aptitude for data-driven decision-making
- Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution
- Sharp attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of product management
- Availability for in-person work at fairs and events throughout the year
