Product Manager (India)

Job Summary
Lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for multiple digital SaaS products. Own and prioritize the product backlog, write clear product requirements and user stories, and partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products. Drive sprint planning, roadmap reviews, and product release planning while ensuring successful launches and post-launch optimization. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, translate business needs into product solutions, and present updates to leadership. Define and track KPIs, analyze user behavior and performance metrics, identify opportunities to improve adoption, retention, and engagement, and lead data-driven experimentation and optimization. Strong emphasis on customer value, strategic thinking, and hands-on delivery within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Proven experience managing SaaS, software, or digital products
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies
- Experience creating and managing product roadmaps
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and make strategic decisions
