Job Summary

Conduct ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify opportunities and support product positioning for the Imaging, Navigation & Robotics portfolio. Gather Voice of Customer feedback from surgeons, healthcare professionals, and Key Opinion Leaders to define product requirements and guide development activities. Partner with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to translate needs into functional design requirements and participate in design reviews. Develop business plans, commercialization strategies, and product launch materials while delivering training programs for internal teams, distributors, and customers. Manage product forecasting, inventory planning, and post-launch performance tracking to inform lifecycle management initiatives and portfolio planning. Travel approximately 15-20% to attend cadaver labs, physician training events, and surgical procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Product Marketing, or related commercial roles within the medical device industry
  • Demonstrated experience supporting new product development and/or product commercialization initiatives
  • Experience interacting directly with physicians, surgeons, healthcare providers, or clinical customers
  • Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15-20%
  • Ability to attend cadaver labs, physician training events, and surgical procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's Degree and/or MBA
  • Experience in neurosurgery, spine, surgical technologies, navigation systems, robotics, imaging technologies, or capital medical equipment
  • Experience launching medical devices from development through commercialization
  • Familiarity with FDA-regulated medical device environments and product lifecycle management processes
  • Experience developing training programs, sales enablement materials, and marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of operating room workflow and surgeon engagement strategies
