Job Summary
Own product strategy and execution for Indeed's Interview Platform, partnering daily with engineering, design, and data teams to shape APIs, data models, and event-driven systems. Drive alignment on complex technical initiatives including platform convergence and permissions architecture while managing a multi-client platform with contending priorities. Ensure interview workflows, from calendar sync to notifications to candidate status, run reliably and compliantly at scale. Oversee strategy and roadmap for intake, backlog, business case, and user stories, using data to guide decisions and measure impact. Summarize and present complex information clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 12 years relevant experience
- 14 years of relevant experience
- equivalent in education and experience
- data analytics (SQL or equivalent)
- A/B testing
- UX tools (figma)
- AI tools and prototyping (claude, chatgpt, cursor, etc.)
- APIs
- data models
- event-driven systems
- data driven mindset: diagnose problems, recommend solutions, and present to stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills: talk technical details with your team, then distill in written and oral presentations to leadership
