Oversee strategy and roadmap for product areas including intake, backlog, and business cases, prioritizing initiatives to ensure alignment and smooth execution across teams. Collaborate with capability owners and development teams to maintain a healthy backlog, using data to guide decisions and measure impact on the job search experience. Summarize and present complex information, issues, processes, and options clearly to leadership, team members, and other groups. Contribute to Career Scout by shaping how LLMs and generative AI improve the job seeker journey.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 12 years relevant experience
- 14 years of relevant experience
- equivalent in education and experience
