Job Summary
Define the strategic roadmap for GoCardless's "payment success" products, translating deep customer insights into data-driven solutions that intelligently recover failed payments. Partner with Data Platform teams to build the foundational data layer powering continuous, network-wide performance improvements. Enable sales and support teams to articulate the competitive strength of the Success+ product, leveraging proprietary data and AI to maximize merchant payment success rates.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in building and scaling AI/Machine Learning-powered features within fintech or payments
- A track record of translating complex customer pain points into successful, high-impact products
- The ability to define a forward-looking product strategy, informed by the latest technological trends
- A strong understanding of data platforms, with the ability to shape technical direction
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts simply and engagingly to any audience
- A strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to make decisions and build narratives backed by data
