Job Summary
Develop and execute global multi-year strategic product expansion roadmaps for the PainStim portfolio, focusing on RFA and international launches. Lead day-to-day product management across new development, sustaining business portfolios, and lifecycle needs while defining long-term strategies for clinical and economic evidence. Represent the voice of the customer to cross-functional teams, including R&D, Regulatory, and Operations, to drive product approvals and resolve complaints. Engage key opinion leaders and stakeholders to identify unmet needs, prioritize opportunities, and develop business cases with ROI analyses for investment decisions. Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify portfolio gaps and inform product development pathways. Collaborate on product programs, training, and marketing solutions to support sales execution while ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of successful related business experience
- 2 years prior Product Management experience
- Experience with strategic commercialization
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment
- familiarity with medical device, and/or pharmaceutical industry
- Comfortable working in Excel
