Job Summary
Product Manager III responsible for driving the full product development lifecycle for Alarm.com services and tools within the Partner Tools Product Management team. Key responsibilities include writing product specifications, managing beta programs, developing product marketing materials and technical documentation; collaborating with designers and engineers to shape functionality; engaging with customers and partners to understand needs; translating vision into detailed requirements; championing product across internal teams; collaborating with engineering, support, sales, and partners to troubleshoot issues; prioritizing improvements based on feedback; and performing other duties as assigned. Requires a B.S./B.A. and 5-8 years ofPM/PMO experience, strong communication, self-motivation, and ability to work cross-functionally; comfort with AI/emerging tech a plus; ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment; experience with Atlassian tools; role is based in Tysons, VA with in-person office expectation (4 days a week).
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. required
- 5-8 years in product, project, or program management with a track record for managing and launching successful products
- Experience with Atlassian Product Suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
