Job Summary
Manage the execution of high-priority Account Planning reporting launches by defining scope with C-suite stakeholders, aligning on requirements, and overseeing delivery timelines within engineering capacity constraints. Collaborate on H2H testing initiatives to assess tracking needs, document business problems and ROI, and translate requirements into scoped solutions for engineering. Track project milestones using the Business Technology Jira board, prepare product briefs and artifacts, and facilitate user interviews, discovery calls, and UAT sessions. Gather feedback from marketing, growth, and sales teams to identify priorities, manage the product roadmap, and negotiate engineering resources. Develop implementation plans, create work breakdown structures, perform risk assessments, and provide weekly status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
- one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related role
- one (1) year of experience with product ownership for Salesforce feature enhancements and new projects
- one (1) year of experience with product ownership for contract lifecycle management (CLM) system feature enhancements and new projects
- one (1) year of experience working closely with key internal business stakeholders to understand existing business processes and identify system enhancements and new features to remove friction and drive efficiencies in those processes
- one (1) year of experience conducting weekly backlog grooming sessions with engineering to review Jira epics
- one (1) year of experience setting engineering roadmap priorities based on business needs and maintaining updated roadmap reporting visible to all key stakeholders
- one (1) year of experience working closely with training teams to ensure that feature delivery and launches are successful
