Job Summary
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and development teams to translate customer problems into actionable solutions and drive data-informed decisions for product line financial performance. Own the product feature backlog, establish priorities during planning and stand-ups, and convert research and feedback into an achievable roadmap for enhancements and bug fixes. Balance internal influence with external knowledge gathering to make strategic portfolio decisions that align growth objectives with business strategy. Communicate transparently with stakeholders across support, marketing, sales, and engineering to ensure feature prioritization remains clear and motivated. Manage complex product lifecycles while maintaining alignment with the Product Line Management Team and wider business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or other related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in product management, development, and/or analysis
- Master's in Business or equivalent
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing at all levels of the organization
- High influence and respect throughout the organization
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time and resources effectively
- Humble, hungry, and smart
- Strong technical product knowledge
- Understanding of product strategy
- High level of customer intimacy
- Strong knowledge of dental industry practices and trends
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Functional experience in engineering and product management (PO, PMM, PM)
- Expert PM with experience beyond single product
- Ability to successfully work with cross-functional groups and multiple stakeholders
- Experience taking a lead role on small projects or aspects of large scope projects
- Authorized to work in the United States for US-based positions
Desired Qualifications
- Dental or medical device or consumable industry experience
- Product Management training or certificate
