Job Summary
Define the product roadmap for the Promise & Transportation Network platform and drive end-to-end serviceability logic across fulfillment centers to last-mile nodes. Own the development and optimization of inventory and promise engines to deliver real-time delivery promises, while designing next-generation network configuration and change management platforms. Partner with engineering, data science, and operations teams to translate complex physical flows into scalable products and integrate promise logic into the shopping experience. Establish key metrics for inventory accuracy and network change SLAs, leveraging data analytics to identify bottlenecks and reduce system latency. This role supports the core delivery promise infrastructure powering the Coupang app, focusing on maximizing end-to-end efficiency in the fulfillment and transportation network.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of dedicated Product Management experience in high-scale tech platforms, e-commerce, logistics tech, SCM, or complex distributed systems
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain concepts, including fulfillment node management, transportation network routing, inventory assignment, or serviceability logic
- Proven track record of owning backend systems, microservice architectures, high-throughput calculation engines, or enterprise configuration platforms
- Exceptional analytical skills with hands-on proficiency in SQL and data analytics to validate hypotheses, make data-driven decisions, and quantify product impact
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams, data scientists, and business/operations stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building Promise Systems
- Hands-on experience designing change management or network topology platforms for large-scale physical operational networks
- Experience in top-tier global e-commerce, hyper-growth logistics, or Tech/Product-led companies
- Advanced degree (Master's/MBA) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical fields
