Job Summary
Lead modernization initiatives across patent data processing workflows spanning pre-grant and grant operations. Own roadmap planning and execution to reduce manual work and improve throughput, while designing and delivering automation solutions using AI, machine learning, LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and rules-based systems. Partner with operations teams to ensure usability and adoption, define requirements and success metrics, maintain backlog aligned to business goals, and analyze workflow telemetry to identify improvement opportunities. Drive economic hypotheses for productivity gains and cost reduction, collaborate with Finance and Operations to translate capabilities into realized savings, and engage stakeholders to validate assumptions and improve adoption. Contribute to future workflow modernization strategy and communicate progress, risks, and business impact to leadership. Requirements include product management experience, discovery-to-delivery ownership, Agile practices, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Product management experience

- Experience working in Agile environments including backlog management, sprint execution, and roadmap planning
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes
