Job Summary
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of key initiatives, translating business goals and customer needs into clear requirements, success metrics, and delivery plans. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, User Experience, and business stakeholders to drive scalable solutions from discovery through launch and optimization. Use qualitative insights and quantitative data to evaluate performance, prioritize initiatives, and champion experimentation through A/B testing to demonstrate business impact. Balance short-term results with long-term strategy while advocating for scalable, customer-centric applications of technology and analytics. Build alignment across teams by communicating priorities, trade-offs, and learnings. This role requires at least five years of product management experience with a strong track record of launching machine learning-powered experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience
- Strong track record of launching and scaling customer-facing, machine learning-powered, or analytics-driven experiences
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, development workflows, and cross-functional team dynamics
- Ability to translate complex business and customer needs into structured, actionable requirements for technical, Data Science, and Analytics teams
- Experience using data and experimentation to make decisions, evaluate impact, and distinguish meaningful results from broader trends or external factors
- Technical fluency that enables you to collaborate effectively with Data Science and Engineering teams on areas such as data inputs, model evaluation, dependencies, and ongoing performance
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex decisions clearly to both technical and business audiences
- Strong sense of direction and comfort navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and creating structure around complex opportunities
- Gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency
