Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager II to own and optimize our proprietary internal tools, driving product development and maintenance for enhanced business operations. Key responsibilities include leading data synchronization, optimizing workflows in collaboration with Risk and Customer Success teams, and ensuring compliance with data access controls. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of product management experience (including 3 years in fintech), and a strong proficiency in SQL, project management, and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience
- At least 3 years in the fintech industry or data management products
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, data analysis or a related field
- Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions regarding feature prioritization and system health
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in managing complex projects using tools like Jira
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of API integrations
- Ability to translate operational pain points into scalable platform features
