Job Summary
Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer alerting challenges and collaborate across product teams to identify critical health indicators. Define, build, and launch next-generation user experiences for managing automated alerts and configurations, designing intuitive solutions that provide at-a-glance visibility into system status. Partner with marketing and customer success teams to drive adoption of new alerting frameworks, while continuously evolving the product with AI tools and agents to support complex, high-scale organizations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in cloud or developer tools
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
