Job Summary
Be the subject-matter expert for product areas by leveraging firsthand dealer and customer experience to troubleshoot and validate features. Manage internal and external stakeholders to align project teams on critical next steps while driving product support across the lifecycle through specifications, testing, and documentation. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and partners to resolve issues, plan go-to-market strategies, and conduct market research for new product lines. Ensure revenue, customer satisfaction, and adoption goals are met while championing enhancements that drive enduring platform value. Work with high-profile partners to identify new opportunities that add value while minimizing overhead.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years in product management with a track record of managing and launching successful products
- Grit, and the will to dig in and persevere in the pursuit of long-term goals
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
- Proven ability to successfully lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills featuring attention to detail without losing sight of overarching objectives and what's truly important
- Passion for consumer technology and interest in developing a deep understanding of complex products and technologies
- Effective computer skills (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as at least a basic understanding of how to use AI and a strong desire to learn more)
- General knowledge of business, economics and/or finance
- Strong academic performance with a B.E., B.S., BA, or other more advanced degree
