Job Summary
Drive the entire product development lifecycle for Alarm.com services and tools by writing specifications, testing features, managing beta programs, and creating product marketing materials and technical documentation. Collaborate with designers and engineers to decide on functionality, engage with customers and partners to understand needs, translate the product vision into actionable requirements, champion the product to internal sales/marketing/support, troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams, and prioritize improvements based on feedback. Required B.S./B.A. and 2-4 years PM experience; AI exposure a plus; strong collaboration and communication skills; experience with Agile processes and Atlassian tools. Office-based role with Tysons, Virginia location; sponsorship not available for new applicants.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. required
- 2-4 years in product, project, or program management
- Experience collaborating with software engineers and designers
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to translate vision into detailed requirements
- Experience leading multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Atlassian Product Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
