Job Summary
Own and prioritise the backlog for core platform and compliance-driven features, translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable product specifications. Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to scope, document, and prioritise changes while driving delivery of regulation-led initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. Support improvements to core platform features and communicate regulatory updates to internal and external stakeholders. Participate in new market launch projects, ensuring compliance readiness from discovery to go-live, and continuously monitor existing markets to adapt product features based on regulatory updates. This role is ideal for a Product Manager with strong experience in regulated iGaming environments, capable of translating complex legal and compliance requirements into clear, actionable product deliverables across B2B platforms or B2C operators.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product manager within regulated iGaming markets
- Experience working with B2B platforms or B2C operators
- Strong technical understanding
- Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with key gaming jurisdictions such as Netherlands, Ontario, Sweden or similar
