Job Summary
Develop and execute product line strategies and roadmaps for assigned Warren Rupp product lines, managing the portfolio from new product introductions through end-of-life planning. Lead Voice of Customer initiatives by engaging distributors and end users to translate insights into product requirements and business cases. Evaluate new product opportunities, develop investment business cases, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive commercialization and optimize portfolio performance. Represent the company at customer events, trade shows, and industry conferences while supporting sales and marketing with competitive analysis. Monitor key business metrics to recommend actions that improve growth, profitability, and market position. Requires 3-5 years of experience in industrial fluid handling or related sectors with up to 20% travel for onsite candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Business Development, or related commercial/technical roles within the pump, fluid handling, process equipment, or related industrial equipment industries
- Foundational knowledge of pump hydraulics, design, and applications in industrial and manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting products, customers, or applications within chemical, mining, oil & gas, food & pharma, or similar industrial markets
- Proven success managing products through the full lifecycle, from concept through commercialization and lifecycle management, within a global business environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills in both one-on-one and group settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work effectively within a global matrix organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Must comply with all company safety, quality, and environmental requirements
- Travel to customer sites, distributors, and industry events up to 20%, including domestic and international travel
- For remote candidates, up to 40% travel, both domestically and internationally
