Job Summary
Develop product strategy and vision for the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, driving end-to-end product life cycle activities from discovery to launch. Lead market research to uncover customer solutions, manage the product backlog, and define success metrics including cost, functionality, and risk posture. Partner with Legal and Sourcing stakeholders to identify pain points, validate requirements, and operationalize AI-extracted contract metadata into curated datasets for analytics teams. Utilize AI prompting to synthesize information and deliver high-quality products that exceed client expectations within the Source to Contract domain.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled workflows, including prompt-based techniques to gather, interpret, and validate information from systems and documents
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Prior experience with CLM and/or procurement ecosystems (e.g., Icertis and/or Ariba) and partnering with Legal and Sourcing stakeholders
