Product Manager I or II

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities. Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with business objectives, building roadmaps that prioritize features in coordination with R&D. Own the creation of business cases for development products and define scope, resource needs, and gate deliverables with BPD Project Managers. Create launch plans including pricing and positioning, preparing collateral with Marketing while ensuring smooth product lifecycle management from creation to end of life. Manage crisis management activities for customer excursions with operations and quality, and train Sales and Application Engineering on product value. Define and track key performance indicators to measure product performance and drive continuous optimization.
