Job Summary
Product Manager I for NextEra Analytics supporting Nuclear; defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven analytics products (e.g., condition-based maintenance and work management automation) in the nuclear environment. Responsibilities include collaborating with nuclear SMEs, data scientists, and engineers; prioritizing features; participating in agile sprints; removing blockers to support rapid value delivery; translating technical capabilities into business value; coordinating between nuclear operations and leadership on roadmaps and deployment timelines; leading cross-functional teams; tracking KPIs; conducting market research and competitive analysis; engaging with customers, partners, and stakeholders; delivering regular progress updates and driving continuous improvement.
