Job Summary
Product Manager I role focused on supporting the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Lendistry’s business lending platform across origination through loan lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing requirements, writing user stories, tracking KPIs, and ensuring compliance and security standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in technology, product management, business analysis, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management, or equivalent roles
- Experience in financial services, lending technology, or credit operations preferred
- Familiarity with API integrations, vendor platforms, and product testing methodologies
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other product management and collaboration tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear product specifications
- Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to product improvements
- Comfortable supporting Agile ceremonies and sprint planning activities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, compliance, and borrower experience
- Passion for innovation in fintech and supporting small business lending solutions
