Product Manager I

Own the delivery of features within the Indeed Apply workflow, partnering with engineering and UX to streamline the application experience and integrate new employer requirements. Execute against a clear roadmap by validating ideas through research and experimentation, then iterate quickly to launch new features based on data-driven judgments. Prioritize and manage roadmaps incrementally while advocating for customer needs, and provide clear written and verbal updates on progress to leadership. Monitor product goals and success metrics to ensure improvements matter to job seekers and employers.
