Job Summary
Product Manager responsible for developing and executing a strategy and feature roadmap to keep Enova’s platform compliant, secure, resilient, and usable. Drive roadmaps through customer feedback and collaboration with leadership; define and prioritize requirements; translate legal and regulatory concepts into practical business requirements; measure the effectiveness of initiatives; and communicate milestones and metrics to stakeholders. This hybrid role requires in-office collaboration Tue–Thu with remote flexibility on Mon and Fri, located in Chicago, IL.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a Product focused role
- Experience driving a full lifecycle product feature or launch
- Experience collaborating with agile teams and managing project milestones
- Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Basic understanding of Agile principles
